3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Not use the Service for any unlawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Not generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
Not abuse the free generation limits through multiple accounts or other means

4. Payments and Refunds

Pricing:

Each generated landing page costs $4.99 (one-time payment)
Payment is processed securely through LemonSqueezy
Preview is free; payment is only required for downloading the source code

Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final
We encourage users to thoroughly preview their generated page before purchasing
In case of technical issues preventing download, contact us for assistance

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email
We respect your inbox and only send relevant, valuable content

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Generated Content:

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the generated code
You may modify, deploy, and use the code for personal or commercial purposes
You may not resell the generated code as-is or as a template product

Landify's Intellectual Property:

The Service, including its AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains our property
The Landify name, logo, and branding are our trademarks

6. Generation Limits

To ensure fair usage:

Users are limited to 3 free generations before purchase is required
Generation count resets upon purchasing a generated page
Unpurchased generations are preserved for 1 hour for return visits
Generation limits reset after 30 days

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Generated code will be free of bugs or defects
The generated landing pages will achieve specific business results

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
